got screwed' truck is completly junk lots of stuff not work on truck called kelly rj dan no return call

A remarkable place. I would recommend it to all my friends. The owner and staff go out of their way to ensure you have a positive experience. If they can’t fix your vehicle right away they will refer you to someone who can. I can’t say enough about their friendly personal all inclusive service.

Tried to work with 3 different sales people and they all offered 0 customer service and one of them even sent us the wrong price for the vehicle we were interested in and then wouldn't honour it. Manager couldn't be bothered to call and talk about it. Financing ran a check on my credit without bothering to confirm pricing that their salesperson gave us.

Best dealership and customer service.We are very happy and will be back to AM Ford in Trail again.

Horrible customer service. The mana gate calls and threatened us to remove a poor review He proceeded to insult us because we didn’t agree with a warranty not being honoured.

Honestly the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Kelly our sales person was amazing to deal with and so easy going. She found exactly what my wife and I wanted and provided all the info we needed quickly and accurately. We got very fair value on our trades without any b.s. or sleeziness. Mark and Dave in the service department are fantastic. AM Ford is a rare in that when you leave you are happy and not wondering how you got screwed over. I cant recommend this dealership enough.
