Tried to work with 3 different sales people and they all offered 0 customer service and one of them even sent us the wrong price for the vehicle we were interested in and then wouldn't honour it. Manager couldn't be bothered to call and talk about it. Financing ran a check on my credit without bothering to confirm pricing that their salesperson gave us.

Horrible customer service. The mana gate calls and threatened us to remove a poor review He proceeded to insult us because we didn’t agree with a warranty not being honoured.

Honestly the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Kelly our sales person was amazing to deal with and so easy going. She found exactly what my wife and I wanted and provided all the info we needed quickly and accurately. We got very fair value on our trades without any b.s. or sleeziness. Mark and Dave in the service department are fantastic. AM Ford is a rare in that when you leave you are happy and not wondering how you got screwed over. I cant recommend this dealership enough.

Dealership won't return phone calls concerning recalls, i called 3 times. called ford canada and they told me that they have no say in the way that dealerships do bussiness. They changed prices on me and were very forcefull with sighning paperwork. I would not recommend doing any bussiness with them.

I went to the dealership looking to see what they had to offer. I got to test drive an Escape and fell in love with it. When I was in the dealership, every person said hello and was very welcoming. The owner Dan, was around and talking to all the people in the dealership and was very friendly. The process of paper work which can usually be tedious, was quick and thorough, and very well explained. I knew exactly what I was getting for what I was paying. They answered all of my questions, and did not treated me like gold. It did not feel like it was about the sale, more about the relationship and rapport of the people, the purchase was secondary to the feeling. For anyone looking to buy, I would highly recommend them. They look at what your budget is, and find you what best suits your personal needs based on the amount. Best personal service and care I have ever received from any dealership!!! I live more than 2 hours away and would recommend anyone I know to take those hours because of how well they treat their customers. Its worth the trip!
