We live over 1.5 hours and did not hesitate to make the drive because of the attention and respect they gave us through the whole process. After making the long drive they not only were ready and waiting on us but made sure we weren't sitting around wasting anytime. They got us in and out with plenty of time to take the kids out to eat. My daughter asked him many questions, and he not only answered them but explained them in a way that made them easy to understand. Kaitlyn Orabanec is a live, friendly, and highly knowledgeable version of your auto manual. She walked me through every part of my Hyundai Kona. Driving on the 101 raceway, I know that all those bells and whistles keep me safe. Thank you, Kaitlyn; you are so much better than that manual! I will tell my friends to go to 'Larry H.
