Mellisa has always been outstanding with customer satisfaction. She has the unique ability to think fast and make decisions that are very accommodating to her customers. For example, I was there to drop off my vehicle the day before my service appointment and she said that I had come in at a good time and that they weren’t that busy. Our air was going out in our car so we took it to the service center at the Hyundai dealership. They diagnosed the problem that same day and ordered the parts with in 5 days and had the car fixed the sam service center at the Hyundai dealership. From the very first day we came to this car dealership we ended up with melissa she's been very helpful to us and always kind and understanding with what's going on with the cars we bring . Because of her an ended up with melissa she's been very helpful to us and always kind and understanding with what's going on with the cars we bring . Because of her and the results we get back with our cars meaning we started of bringing our hyundai then our kia and the cadillac we know we are in good hands with peoria hyundai .. we have friends that bring ther cars there .
