With all the glowing reviews from others none of them must have had Mellisa Sutton as their service rep. Worst customer service I have ever had. She has zero social skills and can’t read social cues. It was beyond worth driving all the way to Peoria from Chandler for the service I received. They even offered to get me a Lyft home so I didn't have to wait! I bought a Hyundai Palisades a short time ago from Larry Miller. I wish at this point I had never seen the car. It has 4561 miles on it and I have had to bring it in twice so far for repair. The first time it refused to recognize any of the smart keys at the grocery store and stranded us. Larry Milller really didn’t find anything wrong and reset the system and so far it hasn’t done it again. We’re waiting. Today as I was doing errands I smelled a burning smell. I was pulling in to park and going into a store. I assumed since it’s a 2021 Palisade with 4561 miles it must be something else. Came out no air, compressor gone. Drove to Larry Miller. No one in service area came over or seemed to care. Inside I did find someone to handle the issue, but the attitude was definitely a “ Well I don’t understand why you’re so upset.” I guess if you buy a Hyundai this is to be expected. I’ll be trading my 1 and a half month old car very soon. More
