Had an issue with my driver’s side window that needed to be repaired right away. Our service advisor Mark Castleman had us bring in the car right away without an appointment (just before closing time) and t be repaired right away. A 2 hour wait for an oil change is totally unacceptable in my books! I had a 7:20 a.m. appointment and thought I would be done by 8:30 but instead I didn't get out of there until 9:40 a.m.!!
