I guess that's why, as I wandered around the showroom while waiting for my service, I decided to buy a new Hyundai. Jordan was my sales person and did an excellent job of helping me figure out the car that would give me what I wanted/needed without completely blowing my budget. I like that he was willing to talk me down, rather than insisting I try to go higher like many dealerships do... And Jeff, who handled the credit process, was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Grateful I had been told no so many times before that I was done looking. Something told me to answer the phone and again to believe the person on the other li I had been told no so many times before that I was done looking. Something told me to answer the phone and again to believe the person on the other line. I always go with my gut and when I thought there was no hope I thought well one last last chance. Jenna was so calming but when the time came or schedules didnt match and she was not available. This made me nervous but I stayed. I worked with Jorden who was just as kind and understanding as she was on the phone. He helped me find an approval on the right car at the right payment. Low miles reliable brand and a warranty to cover me in case something does happen I dont have a huge expense! Everyone here is really great and I'm grateful for going with my gut! More
