The other sales people were also friendly, and Jeff in Finance was so easy to work with. The negotiation process with Addison was so simple and no stress whatsoever. I am so excited about my new Santa Fe. Jorden went out of his way to find the exact color and features and was successful! Everyone we met there while in the waiting room couldn't have been nicer. Jordan took us on a test drive, pointing out all the features of the Santa Fe Ultimate. We had originally just stopped by to check out what the 2019 looked like and Jordan had sold us on purchasing! We were interested in a white model and Jordan promised to try and locate one. By the time we arrived home, Jordan had called and found the white one. We met with Finance and then Jordan sat with us and patiently went thru all the features making sure we understood how to implement them so we would feel confident driving away. I can certainly see why Jordan is such an asset to you,he is friendly, knowledgeable and follows through on promises he makes, he is AWESOME! More

Jorden was extremely knowledgeable of the entire Hyundai line-up (even the brand new 2019s that had been delivered just days earlier). Jorden was able to show us all the technical features of the vehicle. I also appreciate his sales style in that he starts at the base trim level and works up as the customer dictates. He only wants to sell you the car you need with the features you want (he doesn't oversell). Peter and Edgar worked with us seamlessly from the Internet Dept on pricing and were able to make us an excellent deal on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. They were very aggressive in their pricing, yet no pressure in their tactics. Edgar even drove down to Tucson to get the exact vehicle that we wanted from another store. Dshon in Finance worked very quickly, but made sure we understood all the numbers and warranty coverage. Once again, Dshon explained what was covered and what wasn't and let us simply make the warranty decisions. He offered expertise without any pressure. We intend on getting another new vehicle in the next year or so, and we could easily see ourselves returning to Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria again! More
