He was on top of everything at all times, and the communication was superb. From the beginning to the end, Loren was and is to be commended. Jeff Alves was very ,very patient with me as I sent back and forth various insurance/registration/etc. data. Just wish I could be in their neighborhood to see if service is as good as the sales! I had some huge hurdles to jump over that I should have taken care of in the past. Between the great customer service and true resilience to stick with the task at hand, these guys worked hard for me all day trying to find ways for me to get in the right vehicle. They were extremely courteous to me and my obnoxious daughter. They were patient and made me feel like I was making the right decisions. In the end they worked wonders for me in the deal that was finally worked out and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. There aren't enough thanks I could give for everything they did. More
