The other sales people were also friendly, and Jeff in Finance was so easy to work with. The negotiation process with Addison was so simple and no stress whatsoever. I am so excited about my new Santa Fe. Jorden went out of his way to find the exact color and features and was successful! Everyone we met there while in the waiting room couldn't have been nicer. I asked him to work with my brother on my behalf for my 3rd Elantra lease. This time it is an Elantra SEL! He was efficient and so pleasant to work with and converse with as well. I did not need too much car explanations as this is my third Elantra, so he covered only the "new" to me items. I will return in the future and will recommend Albert and Larry Miller. It is nice to be able to shop for a vehicle without pressure from the sales staff. More

Above and beyond my expectations! Rich, Justin, Jeff, and Dshon went above and beyond to turn my complicated situation into a new car me and my family love. I had met Rich by chance Rich, Justin, Jeff, and Dshon went above and beyond to turn my complicated situation into a new car me and my family love. I had met Rich by chance when dropping my GF off to get her car serviced. I explained basics of my bankruptcy and otherwise complicated situation and that I didn't expect I would be able to begin car shopping till November. Rich explained that not only could they help me get the car I needed, but they could also do it far sooner than I expected. Without going into too many specifics, I walked into the dealership after two weeks of stalling, confident that my situation was too complicated to step out of there with a car. Rich and the LHM Hyundai team managed every hurdle, and I left with a car I wanted (and my kid loves), cheaper than I expected, and with a monthly payment way below what I told him my budget could manage. Mrika was available when I arrived, had the car I was interested in ready to go, answered all my questions and let me test drive it on the street. At one dealership I went to they practically asked for 6 types of identification and my car insurance before I could drive their vehicle. When I hit a snag with the withdrawal of funds to make a cash payment Jeff did not hesitate to offer an option for me to be able to purchase the vehicle right away and take my new car home. Robert was also a knowledgeable and courteous customer relations manager. His calming demeanor and very easy to talk with made me know I was purchasing from the correct store. I went to Larry H Miller Hyundai in Peoria, found the used truck that was exactly what I was looking for at the price we could afford and the sales people treated me like I was part of their family. So since they were great back in May, I decided it was time for me to purchase a brand new vehicle for myself and thought I would give Larry H Miller Hyundai a call to see if they could help. I am 800 plus miles away and they again were wonderful! Answering my questions, sending me videos and pictures. I greatly appreciate Jenna Pauley and all of the time, long distance calls, photos and videos she took and that she took the time to help me find my perfect new car!
