Hunter greeted us and was the perfect combination of both professional and personable. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few (like-new) preowned Hyundai’s that marked all the must haves we gave him. He was very knowledgeable about each car and we appreciated that he didn’t try to up-sell us beyond what our budget was. He answered every question throughly and demonstrated all the vehicle features as we were test driving. We eventually decided on the Hyundai Elantra. The price was extremely reasonable and I was shocked at the warranty! I couldn’t believe we were able to get both a beautiful and quality car while staying in our budget! They also, by far have the best warranty of any car dealership I have ever been to!! It’s obvious that they really stand behind their vehicles and strive to give their customers quality service (even 10 yrs down the road!). The purchase process went smoother than any past experience of purchasing a vehicle. We assumed we would be there all afternoon, but the whole process sped right along and we were out of there in our new car within no time at all! The whole staff from finance to management were fantastic! Offering drinks and snacks as we were doing paperwork. My husband told me on our way home how impressed he was with how each dept worked really well with one another and said specifically, “That dealership runs like a well oiled machine.” Which says a lot since my husband also runs a business as a GM, so he’s always paying attention to every detail and the all around customer experience. I highly recommend Larry Miller Hyundai of Peoria!! In fact, my sister told me she will be going to see Hunter about purchasing a new vehicle after she heard about what a awesome experience we had! Miller had the exact trim, color and low miles I wa We drove nearly 800 miles RT yesterday from California to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Larry H. Miller had the exact trim, color and low miles I was looking for. Marisa took care of me via phone and text on Saturday and got all the paperwork completed. Edgar took care of us on Sunday by picking us up at the rental car facility, getting our signatures and keeping us company while waiting our turn to finalize all the paperwork. He also went over all the car's bells and whistles in an easy to understand way. Even though we bought a used car, there was still a big red bow presentation of the vehicle which was similar to picking up our "luxury brand" vehicles at the factory in Sweden. Whether coming from AZ, CA or another state, I would highly recommend Marisa and Edgar at Larry H. Miller Hyundai. More
