My apologies that we didn't do a great job communicating about the work as it was being completed and how long it would take. Diagnosing the vehicle, replacing the brakes, turning the rotors, replacing the brake fluid, and flushing the coolant is a lengthy repair. That is why we offered you a ride and you went to breakfast. This had nothing to do with Chris our salesperson. He's been wonderful from day one! That's why we bought "2" cars from him on the same day to begin with! This is strictly a knock on the service department and how we're being handled!! Something needs to be done or we'll NEVER buy another Hyundai!
