Dustin Yinger was my Service rep today and besides making sure my vehicle was in working order, Dustin took the time to pair my new iPhone with my car!! My second over two hour wait for a simple oil change with an appointment at this location. I had an appointment at 7am and was outside garage at 6:40am. My car was not even taken back until 7:20am and then a an appointment at this location. I had an appointment at 7am and was outside garage at 6:40am. My car was not even taken back until 7:20am and then a ridiculous two hour wait from there. I asked for no car wash because after coming straight from working at a hospital all night, I needed to get home ASAP. However, they washed it and made it look worse than it was when I brought it in. There was water spots, my window is smeared to the point my daughter even mentioned it needs washed when I got home, and smelt like gasoline or oil. It’s bad enough not to value my time and not listen when I asked for a service not to be done (to save time), but they should have done a good job at least after waiting two hours. With my work schedule, the only time I could come in was AM and I thought being there as soon as you opened would speed up the oil change time after my last almost 3 hour wait for a simple oil change with an appointment. Both services I had intended to discuss trading in my vehicle, but after the lack of quality service, no interest in retaining me as a customer, and clear disregard for my time, I will definitely not be purchasing anything from this location nor coming back for any further service. Also at both services I’ve had, he states my oil change was “free” and “I don’t owe anything” when the actual fact is I already paid for it when I purchased the 3 oil change package. Very disappointed and to be honest disgusted with what I witnessed in the over six hours I’ve waited for simple basic services that would take an hour tops anywhere else even on a busy day especially with an appointment. Rude, unprofessional, slow, with no urgency or any respect for customers or their time… also, when I scheduled online, I had to wait weeks for this appointment to be treated so invaluable.., I even explained my situation with not having slept yet and having kids at home when asking not to do car wash in an effort to do anything to save time … he didn’t listen to me or care and then for the fact they did such a horrible job that I still have smears on windshield is really a slap in the face and just rude… yaall clearly didn’t value me and I gave you multiple tries with same horrible waits and outcomes, so needless to say, I will not be back. Thanks for forcing me to have to look elsewhere for next vehicle and services. More

Brought my car in for a 10:00 appointment for front brakes. They also did brake fluid and coolant flushes. It took 4 1/2 hours. Four and a half hours I waited!! Charged me $143 for a 7 minute coolant f brakes. They also did brake fluid and coolant flushes. It took 4 1/2 hours. Four and a half hours I waited!! Charged me $143 for a 7 minute coolant flush. You are better off finding another mechanic service. More

Found out on arrival that we had to leave the car overnight (did get a Lyft ride home). Also were told that the GPS issue would require an update, and the dealership could not do it. It would h overnight (did get a Lyft ride home). Also were told that the GPS issue would require an update, and the dealership could not do it. It would have to be done by us by downloading an 18 MB file to our computer, then transfer it to a thumb drive, then load it into the GPS. Not very customer friendly to require the customer to fix their own car! Very disappointing from Hyundai. More
