I took my car in yesterday for a diagnostic and it ended up needing an air compressor. Ashleigh provided me with excellent service, she was very helpful and made my experience amazing. I had need for emergency service for a stalled vehicle, that needed to be towed to the dealership. It turns out that a part failed and required a replacement. My Service Advisor is Ashleigh Ray and she does everything perfect in my opinion. When I got there she let me do an "Add-On" which was not discussed prior to my appointment and handled it. It inv everything perfect in my opinion. When I got there she let me do an "Add-On" which was not discussed prior to my appointment and handled it. It involved a recall. Also, since my car was going to take quite a while to be serviced, she authorized a free concierge service for me. I was totally impressed with how I was treated in every way. Also, there was a discrepancy about Hyundai's Roadside service pricing that I questioned, and she escalated it to her manager and got it resolved. More

The wrong address was put in for Lyft. After 30 minutes, I’m asking where’s my ride. The address was corrected & ride showed in 2 minutes. Driver told me he was across the street for last hour.
