After trying couples of different dealers. I found wellesley Toyota, wellesley is best deal. John imparato reached out and set up an appointment with me. John was amazing, super polite, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to what I wanted. John walked me through the process with no pressure. Even in the finance office, I did not feel pressured or forced anything I didn't want. I will be a customer for life. Certainly they exist to sell cars and t After a career in sales, I'm familiar with most of the "tricks," but I never felt I was being "handled" here. Certainly they exist to sell cars and they prosper from doing so, yet they exhibit a relaxed and transparent manner that made it pleasant to do business. Again, what I learned about customer service was that you really can't fake concern, and this dealer is really good at follow up. They want you to be happy with your decision. They seem to appreciate that a business makes profits by getting and keeping customers, and the best way to do that is to treat them like people. Finally, a shoutout to John Imparato, for his candor, his manner, his professionalism and his talent. I respect a good salesperson - I tried hard to be one myself - and John wants to enjoy his work and knows he will do so if he is kind and respectful to both prospective and actual customers. More

From the very start, Marcus did an amazing job talking through the vehicle and finance options with us. We were trying to decide between a Prius Prime and a RAV4 Prime and he did a great job laying out al through the vehicle and finance options with us.
