Very poor communication. Had my Jeep for three weeks and I had to call each week to check on it. I just believe that any new vehicles at least should have the oil changed the first 5k miles just to make sure that there isn't any particulars in the engine. I called and asked questions, was assured you could perform the job and I made an appointment. I then dropped off the vehicle and was informed your under equipped service department was unable to perf perform the job and I made an appointment. I then dropped off the vehicle and was informed your under equipped service department was unable to perform anything that was discussed and I was billed $90 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have a 7 month old $50,000 car and I will not return to this building. I will goto superior or somewhere else. You put the steal in stealership. Thanks for the xxxxing. More
