I’ve never had a good experience with your service department. This time was no different. I had to call your sales division to ask for assistance because I didn’t receive a callback to any of my v department. This time was no different. I had to call your sales division to ask for assistance because I didn’t receive a callback to any of my voicemails. I was finally able to schedule my service when I used your sites chat bot. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and crystal fusion. The crystal fusion was not l listed. My courtesy ride home was awful. The driver was rude, dropped me off past my house, and I had to walk in the street to get to my driveway. Today when it rained I saw that the crystal fusion was not done. Now, I have to bring my car back. Instead of offering to pick my car up then bring it back, I was asked to bring it in tomorrow. I scheduled my service for Monday because that is my day off.
