The recall service was completed in the amount of time I was told it would be. However the customer service rep was very rude, not only to us but to another customer and co worker. When working with people was told it would be. However the customer service rep was very rude, not only to us but to another customer and co worker. When working with people you can’t be so unpleasant. I’ll definitely take the long ride to Wallingford from Shelton next time. More
