Motorworld Honda - Service Center

Im currently having an issue with motor world and this employee I feel ripped off and lied to. I went in with a noise and a jerk I asked for inspection she said it’s 160 for a diagnostic then i was alrdy employee I feel ripped off and lied to. Anyways she said diagnostics charges will come off if you do any other service with us which makes sense they don’t want to look at cars for free that makes sense but I then did a transmission service 250 and my bill is 600 …. She charged me 350 dollars to look at the car and 250 for the service after saying it would be subtracted from service. More

I had two kids in here with me who were getting impatient and rowdy. JD kindly came up to me and offered us drinks and snacks. Recently took my CRV in for inspection and some additional services. It's convenient for me to drop the vehicle off the day before for the service and we did that.
