Let me test drive the car and was going to purchase the vehicle until it came time to sign Andrzej insisted it was required to do a credit application, after watching him walk back and forth to Mike office, and after being told no to credit application for the last time he called his colleague Mike over, off rip he was asking what my terms for my loan was and talking extremely fast to make matters worst he was talking to me like I was dumb and giving me run around B.S about how they work with my bank. in actuality he was trying to run a credit application to try to beat the APR or match with my bank, after refusing to do it his way and asking for a purchases and sales agreement he said “you can’t do us a favor” insisting that it’s so much easier if we just run a credit application because of the paper work. even after being forced into something I refused and still wanted to purchase the car, he then says he will try to fit us in his schedule but he has something to do afternoon. I waited for Andrzej to make up the paperwork or what ever they were doing in the meantime to try to swindle me into a credit application but after waiting about 15-20 minutes I decided to get up and just walk out, as I was leaving Andrzej was talking to what looked like the finance Rep and I told Andrzej I will no longer be purchasing the vehicle because of how I was being valued as a customer. I don’t know what mike thought I owed him besides the purchase of the vehicle. More

My salesman was Ben Boomer who not only made sure we get ample time to test drive the vehicles we were interested in b car-buying experience to-date. Ben went above an beyond to make sure the car gets registered (in RI because I was purchasing out of state) in no-time. I literally had the vehicle delivered to me in 2 business days. Arthur Gordon, Tim Klingenberger, Mike Lemming. They are the best. you wont find a more honest friendly car salesman/manager in any car dealership in the USA. A rare find indeed. I personally challenge anyone who reads this to find a more friendly car dealership with honest gentlemen working there. and when I SAY friendly I don't mean friendly because you are buying a car spending $ there. They aer genuinely nice people and it shows. I know bc i dealt with 9 other mercedes dealerships before I bought from these guys. and they now have customer for life. The prices on their used vehicles certified, can not be beat. I searched for a month online and no one beats them in the northeast new England Area From ME TO VA. I though the price was too good to believe and there was gonna be some added on fees, etc. like when on cargurus there is a car well under market price and then it says, this internet price is only if you are a student and have a military ID Iin small print and then they tag on $1,000 dollars or more in fees, etc. More
