Your service department has gone downhill. I’ve asked on three separate occasions to change the cabin air filter. They always told me it’s the next time despite having a service Agreement with I’ve asked on three separate occasions to change the cabin air filter. They always told me it’s the next time despite having a service Agreement with Ford. The most recent oil change the service advisor specifically said he checked the cabin air filter. First time at this dealership. We stepped out of the car clearly didn’t know the process there. Everyone looked at us as if we were aliens. Walked over to a female Svc rep gave her my name she looked up our reservation then walked us over to our Svc rep. She was very friendly and polite. Our service representative was very professional informative and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing him again when we need to service our Ford. Those two individuals saved the day otherwise we would take our business to a different dealership. More

I have all my service work done at your place and for the most part all is good but it bothers me when your service tech tell me that I need a complete transmission fluid flush on a F150 that has less then 4 most part all is good but it bothers me when your service tech tell me that I need a complete transmission fluid flush on a F150 that has less then 47000 miles on it. I expect better out of Ford than that. More
