I was not satisfied with the warranty outcome. I still have the same issue as my original complaint. I will not be buying another Ford product, I will go back to GM. My issue was eventually moved I still have the same issue as my original complaint. I will not be buying another Ford product, I will go back to GM. My issue was eventually moved to service manger and was told Ford deemed this norm but the service Forman stated there is “something wrong” so I’m stuck with a transmission that is not operating correctly.
