I recently bought a used 2015 Nissan Versa with 77K miles on it. I thought I was getting a great deal but after a week, the check engine light came on. Mr. Kappler (Sales Manager) was of no help, handing me my purchase documents. How the xxxx are the documents going to help me? IDIOT. I was never offered a warranty by the salesperson who doesn't work there anymore. Now, I have to take it to a Nissan dealership and pay to get it fixed. I will never come back to this dealership to purchase any vehicle. Good standing customer service is hard to find nowadays. More
