I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Initially, I was interested in a vehicle that had not yet arrived at the dealership. The salesperson, Francesca Costantino, Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Initially, I was interested in a vehicle that had not yet arrived at the dealership. The salesperson, Francesca Costantino, assured me it would be available in a few weeks, and she said I had put a $1000 deposit to reserve the vehicle. However, just a few days after making the deposit, I was informed that the car would take more than eight weeks to arrive. Francesca Costantino lied to me at the beginning; when asked when the car would arrive, she would ask her manager and let me know later, she knew that the vehicle wouldn't be coming in a few weeks, but she lied to me to get me under contract and made me sign a non-refundable deposit form. My car had been stolen, and I was relying on a loaner car from my insurance company, which was due to be returned soon. I simply could not wait for the vehicle to arrive. I need something faster than 8+ weeks. When I contacted the dealership to explain my situation and request a refund of my deposit, I was met with unresponsiveness from the salesperson, Francesca Constantino, and extreme rudeness from the sales manager, Frank Marsala. When I went to the dealership to speak with some of the managers and explain my situation in person, Frank Marsala not only refused to refund my $1000 deposit but also displayed a complete disregard for my circumstances, stating that he didn't care about my situation. The sales manager's unhelpful and dismissive attitude, coupled with a complete lack of empathy or willingness to assist in resolving the issue, was particularly disheartening. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left me with a deeply negative impression of Lexus of Pembroke Pines, a sentiment I feel compelled to share with the public.I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this dealership. If the manager hadn't been rude to me, I wouldn't have felt the need to write that review. It felt like someone spat in my face after I left his office. More
