Nick and everyone that I worked with did an amazing job! They knew that I was coming from out of state and made sure everything was ready to go when I got there! They knew that I was coming from out of state and made sure everything was ready to go when I got there! More
Bottom Line up-front: DO NOT LET THEM PRESSURE YOU TO DRIVE INTO THAT DEALERSHIP. DO ALL OF YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. IF THEY MAKE OFFERS, HAVE THEM SEND YOU THE OFFERS IN WRITING. IF SOMETHING MINOR IS WRO DRIVE INTO THAT DEALERSHIP. DO ALL OF YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. IF THEY MAKE OFFERS, HAVE THEM SEND YOU THE OFFERS IN WRITING. IF SOMETHING MINOR IS WRONG WITH YOUR TRADE-IN, FIX IT YOURSELF BEFORE YOU GO IN. DON'T HESITATE TO GET ON YOUR PHONE MID-DEAL AND RESEARCH THE THINGS THEY ARE TELLING YOU. ALWAYS BE 100% READY TO WALK OUT OF THAT PLACE IF YOU AREN'T GETTING WHAT THEY PROMISED. The salesman, Nick... or Nickon, is incredibly condescending and pressures you to come to the dealership even when you repeatedly tell him that you are not ready to do so. He offers and/or makes promises that he has no intention on fulfilling and tries to coerce customer to make decisions that would be incredibly detrimental to their financial well-being. Here's a few examples: Example 1 Nick: Come into the dealership so we can discuss a deal. Me: I'm waiting for approval from my credit union on my financing application. I'm not driving 3 hours to discuss a deal without the ability to make a purchase. Nick: You can take a loan through our finance department, then re-finance with your credit union when you hear back from them. Me: That's a horrible idea. Then I'd be paying two finance fees, plus my credit score would be further reduced by so many inquiries. Nick: If you'd like to have a more educated conversation about financing, I can have someone in our finance department give you a call. Me: Yes, please do that. Nick: I don't see what good that would do. Me: Then why did you offer it??? Example 2: Nick: We'll agree to pay $20k for your trade-in without looking at it. $21k after inspection if everything checks out. Me: Okay, sounds good. I have a check engine light on, though. When I run a diagnostic, the code I receive is for a repair that takes 5 minutes and needs a $35 part. I'll order it Amazon and come in after I fix it. Nick: If you just come in, and that's the only thing wrong with the truck, we'll still give you the $21k. (I drive 3 hours to the dealership and "coincidentally" an additional fault is suddenly listed on the diagnostic for my trade in) Nick: We're only giving you $20k for your trade in. Me: Even if that fault is actually there, it's only $200 to completely replace the part. Nick: We're only giving you $20k for your trade in. Example 3: Me: I told the first salesperson that I spoke with that I wasn't comfortable paying this specific charge. She offered to take an additional $200 off the price of the vehicle to partially offset that charge. Patrick (sales manager): We're not giving you the additional $200 that was already promised to you. More

Still being advertised days later i called again and was told it was in storage. I made an appointment to see it the next day, I called before I left home as it was an hour away and was told it was being cleaned up; When I got there no car to look at. Very annoyed i went home and called a manager. he looked it up and told me it was sold. that car is still in an ad! Very frustrating! I did find one recently newer and with less miles. I will never call Koons again looking for anything! More

Let me start by saying I've been in the car business for 35 years and bought thousands of cars from dealerships! This place is rotten … I took a flight in and wired money the day before. Got to dealership a 35 years and bought thousands of cars from dealerships! This place is rotten … I took a flight in and wired money the day before. Got to dealership at 4:30 looked car over and got ready to do paperwork and they where still trying to get me to finance the car .and in already paid for it .. treated me like i was a criminal on a $60,000.00 used vehicle. I was stranded no hotel no transportation and the only way i could take the car is to have my credit run and leave another $20000 down payment! This place should be shut down! THE GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED! NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
