You came into the service department at 11:30 and your car was completed at 2:08 for 4 services to be completed. This is a 2-and-a-half-hour appointment time which is pretty normal for 4 services. Please know that our staff is working as quickly as possible while not sacrificing the quality of work completed. Your safety is our top priority and high-quality service work done correctly the first time is how we ensure your safety. We hope to see you again. Take care!

We are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory. As explained over the phone, with all service departments advisors give suggestions on recommended services. Clients are more than welcome to decline the services recommended. When you arrived, there were other clients who had arrived before you causing a wait to check in, but we go in order on arrival for check in. As for the recall, we do not have control over the timing on when Honda National sends the parts to us or we would have gladly taken care of that for you. We stand behind our work and always look out for the safety of our clients. We refuse to trade in the quality of our work for a faster service time. We know taking our time to complete the work correctly the first time is what keeps our clients safe on the road and feel it isn’t worth the sacrifice.
