My newly bought Honda CRV hybrid broke down at 391 miles. I immediately reached out to Honda, Valley Stream, but they did not show much interest to help me out instead the customer service Farzana was very I immediately reached out to Honda, Valley Stream, but they did not show much interest to help me out instead the customer service Farzana was very rude and unprofessional. My car broke down in upstate NY and had to be towed to D’ella Glens Falls Honda. They were not helpful. They say that the fuel injector needs to be replaced but refused to give me even a tentative timeline. Looks like I made a wrong decision buying Honda car. More
