Avoid this dealership. They have terrible customer service and lazy mechanics at the repair department. I got my alternator fixed 2 times based off the information they gave and it wasn't the issue. I told them what the issue was and they still ignored it and refused to make the situation right or take any accountability. I'd give them zero stars if I could. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Our family has bought 2 vehicles from them and always had a pleasant experience until today. Last night we had to drop off my wife's truck to be inspected in the morning. We got there and my wife parked on t a pleasant experience until today. Last night we had to drop off my wife's truck to be inspected in the morning. We got there and my wife parked on the side of the building and took the keys in to drop off. There was 3 people working ,one that was sitting in a chair just playing on her phone. My wife comes out and says the one girl told me I have to pull it around and pull into their garage. I got took the keys and said I'll do it. When I pulled into the garage there sits the one still playing on her phone. The next day we go to pick it up and go in to pay. There sits the same girl in the same chair playing on her phone. This time I think it was the manager that took care of us (which was polite and helpful) rung is up and hand the girl in the chair our keys to bring the truck around the front for us. She then tried to get out of doing her job by asking us if it was stick or automatic (I'm assuming she can't drive stick or she wouldn't have asked). I said automatic ask she went to get the truck looking like we ruined her phone time. Like I said we always had a good experience but I don't think we will be taking the truck for inspections there anymore , just warranty work More
Mike was great at getting me what I needed. He was quick to reply, professional and ensured that my needs were met in the minimum amount of time. He is an asset to your company. I will say that I contacted the service department through the chat app three times, twice I was told service would call me back and I never received a call. I was looking at going to another dealer for this recall item when I thought I would contact Mike first, he made sure it was handled. The service personnel I did deal with were great but getting to them was not the best experience. More

I arrived way ahead of my appointment and the service person was right there to check me in. Beofre I was done getting checked in there was a mechanic there taking the truck into the shop. I had just purchased my Trail Hawk from Carvana and had 3 or 4 things end up going wrong with it within the 1st month. It had been turned away from a regular repair center due to all the issues. Not only did or 4 things end up going wrong with it within the 1st month. It had been turned away from a regular repair center due to all the issues. Not only did Tracy (my advisor) make sure everything was done correctly she truly was on my side with the difficult insurance company. They did everything they could to make this awful time (almost a month in all) of not having my vehicle as easy as possible. I received updates frequently and most importantly my car feels brand new again! I already had them repair our Wrangler that no one else could seem to fix (out of my own pocket), and they did everything possible to save me money and that vehicle ALSO has never ran better. If this would let me rate 10/10 I would!! More
