I recently had my kia sportage car's brake pads and rotors replaced, and I was charged approximately $550 for labor and $1,550 in total. While the service was completed as requested, I feel that the co rotors replaced, and I was charged approximately $550 for labor and $1,550 in total. While the service was completed as requested, I feel that the cost was excessively high for the work performed. Replacing brake pads and rotors should not have been this expensive. Our car in their for service; we have not been given any information. We had to ask a few times before finding that it would be at least a couple of months. Since you do not do loaners or discounted rentals we were force to purchase a new car. We have keep maintenance up on the vehicle and brought to your service department except when we could not get timely appointments. More
