buying my Genesis was a plesant experience- However- the service department has a lot to be desired. If your a female they take advantage and say they did the work they didn't do. I tried to make a same day appointment, they tried to fit me in, but they weren't taking anymore vehicles for service. The manager sent someone to my home to pick my car up and bring me a loaner. The car was me in, but they weren't taking anymore vehicles for service. The manager sent someone to my home to pick my car up and bring me a loaner. 5 Star Service! I got a flat tire... Robb in service sent someone to change the tire and got me safely back to the dealership. He gave me a fair price on the tire AN I got a flat tire...
