As an example, every vehicle sold comes with TireGARD and EtchGARD. This coverage protects you in the event of tire or glass damage. In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Kevin was a blast and made the experience fun. We traded in our old and bought our new vehicle in 2.5 hours, which is pretty good I thought. They were flexible on the trade in value of our old vehicle. Actual negotiation of price took only minutes. I could have done without the pressure to purchase the "protection plans" back in the finance office. I realize all dealers do this now, so I was not surprised, but it did slow down the transaction as they repeatedly squeezed the various protection package prices and played with the interest rates. If they would have come out with the VERY BEST interest rate out of the gates, I would have been more enticed to add one of the Protection Plans, but instead used the plans as a way to lower the interest rate to get me to take one of the plans. In order to get the rate I wanted and deserved, I had to buy one of the plans. That was the only negative part of the experience. Otherwise, the people were great and the overall experience was efficient and pleasant. More
