Scheduled appt on May 7th for May 31st at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 2.5 hours before asking how much longer and being told 10 more minutes and that Friday and change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 2.5 hours before asking how much longer and being told 10 more minutes and that Friday and Saturday were the busiest days. Not that this should matter because I prescheduled my appt. Felt as though my time was not a concern. 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. More

We had a problem and Richard turned it over to someone else. I then called Staci for her help and she turned it over to Jovani. He turned it over to the paint department and they did a horrible job. I told Jovani that I wasn’t happy and he just offered to sell me a new car. He said he was going to call me back, but never did. Just like all the other dealerships, once you signed the papers they don’t care about you anymore. More
