I went into this motion, Dealer talking salesman named Nomann Kahn He talk to me like he cared, but after giving them a deposit, they checked me out. I was approved in May then they turned around and said in August because that’s when I had money to do the transaction and that I wanted to I could’ve paid it all in cash. They would not give me the deal afterwards because they said I was approved only for a seven year and with gap insurance but I asked for a three year or four year deal without gap insurance. They then turned around and said NOPE HAS TO GO WITH SEVEN YEARS AND GAP INSURANCE THEY CANCELLED MY DEAL AND SAID AFTERWARDS, I WAS NEVER APPROVED WHICH THEY TOLD ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN I WAS APPROVED. I WOULDN’T SEND MY WORST ENEMIES TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND THE MORE THEY THROW STUFF ON YOUR DEAL IS THE MORE THOUSANDS THEY RECEIVE AT THE END NOOOOO. THANKS. The guys not deal with is David Davidowski and Varun finance managers I wouldn’t deal with them anymore like I said they are LIARS

I am loving my Mazda CX5! Thank you David and Varun for taking the time to make this a wonderful experience. I know we had a few unexpected bumps along the way, and why wouldn’t there be when negotiating for a car, but at the end of the day you both came through and made this customer very happy. Made a deal over the phone with my brother for Mazda CX-5, Comfort package/trim (May 16). My brother drove from Vaughan to Orangeville (May 16). Gavin's manager (JEV DOST) informed my brother over the phone that Gavin must have committed a wrong deal as he is dealing with "personal issues", even though manager also said same details over the phone (May 16). What a bad business place to deal with - Seems like car sales personnel reputation is in gutter b/c of people of folks like Motion Mazda staff.

Bought a new 2021 Mazda 3 here and had a challenging bait and switch sales experience. The day after signing the paperwork I was called to find out the car I bought was “sold” but I could get a colour I did not want for $400 more. The car has had constant electrical issues (a Low Voltage Warning dash message since new) if doors are open for more than 5 minutes. 2 years of mentioning this at oil changes got me no where until I told the service advisor I saw on Mazda 3 blogs there was a firmware fix. The firmware update stopped the message but the real issue is poor reserve capacity factory batteries. Easter 2023 the car stranded me with a dead battery after unloading a bike and gear for maybe 10 minutes. Since it’s under warranty I took it in (no loaner car was offered) and was told the battery tested “fine”. I also had a squeak on rough roads in the Infotainment screen and the tech said he could not hear it. At my first 8000km oil change I was told the tires needs rotating and the brakes serviced lol. I find a link between aggressive service upselling and poor warranty fulfillment with car dealers and would not recommend Motion Mazda to anyone.

Worse experience ever. Was here to buy a new car, but was lied to me on my face by sales manager Sonia. Was told one price during negotiation but was a different price come time to sign. Very decisive practices. Buyer beware.. go at your own risk. You would only come back disappointed and disgusted with diso

I would like to thank Motion Mazda and the great help of Leonard Longtin for giveing me the great experience in purchesing the car I realy wanted. Leonard was there for me every step of the way. The staff makes it a VERY comfotable place. I am now into my 2014 Mazda 6 and loveing every moment of it. I would like to thank Leonard Longtin for every pointer,tips, and professionalism he gave me. I shure would recommond anyone to this dealership. They are more then just a dealership... there great friends. Thank you again for everything Jason Henry
