I bought a 2016 GMC Canyon off Debbie England. DO NOT go here, they will rip you off. In less than two years of owning this truck I've had to cough up $$10,000 in repairs. One for a new transmission, another for a water pump. I was told I could refinance the truck in a year or so to get a better rate. This was a flat our LIE, she worked in banking for 16 years. I called the number she gave me incase I ever had any questions (I wanted to ask about insurance) and she ignored my calls. Evidently it appears she doesn't even own this dealership anymore? No wonder she was going through a divorce, I hope no other men or customers fall victim to this garbage of a human.

Not happy with the place. Was supposed to buy a vehicle, several days later I found out they sold it on me, but continued to go through with my financing like nothing happened. Then try and put my in something way less inferior.

The other day I went to buy a truck, excellent service, Jamie was excellent to deal with, would highly recommend Colwood Car Mart without hesitation.

Looked at a car on their lot, in nice condition although the mileage was pretty high (a little off putting) and they had no background on the vehicle. Drove beautifully though, so I was willing to consider it. Both Debbie and Jamie were really friendly and helpful, respectful and accommodating. They were very willing to negotiate on the price and were happy for me to test drive unaccompanied, which I appreciated. They offered me a really good deal, but due to unforeseen personal circumstances we were unable to move forwards. Jamie was very good about that and I would be happy to return to them if they had the right vehicle in future.

Wow! What an awesome group of people! Jamie helped me get the car i wanted in just a couple of hours. Very impressed. I will definately be back and recommend this place to everyone! : )

Needed to rebuild my credit, and needed a car asap for work. I drove out with a Cobolt car, service was fast, Jamie and Debbie helped me in every way they could.
