I had an amazing experience at Finch Hyundai, thanks to Daniel De Melo. I was in London on a work trip when my check engine light came on and started blinking - not great at all! I pulled into the service department and Daniel was smiling and made me feel at ease, even though the news he told me wasn't great. He walked me though everything step-by-step and told me what the next steps were, and what my options are. First off, the way he took care of me: he knew I was stressed out and he really went out of his way to make me laugh and feel human again. He even allowed me to keep my car on the lot overnight to secure a tow home, and kept offering me water and coffee and snacks while I waited. On top of that, Daniel and the team at Finch Hyundai just made me feel good. Not to mention that they had a full up roster of cars that needed to be serviced, and they squeezed me in. I cannot thank you all enough for doing everything you could in a *real* poopy situation. Daniel is a totally genuine person who really wants to help his customers. I work in customer service, and Daniel is exactly the kind of guy I'd want to handle my car repairs, and also selling me a car. If I was local to London, this experience made me a Finch fan, and I'm telling my (local) friends and colleagues to go to Daniel De Melo at Finch Hyundai. Thank you again!!!

Brandon always has a smile to share with every interaction we have had with him, He takes the time with his clients to explain what the technicians will be looking for, and approximately how long the service appointment will take. Again, the bar is set high for others to follow when dealing both with Finch Hyundai and Brandon Brennan.
I had a great experience buying a car from Sam. He's very professional, kind, honest, caring and understanding. He took time to hear my concerns about my situation and made everything come together effortlessly. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The dealership was amazing as well!
