Shawn was kind enough to put my name on a "Wait List" for the 2026 RAV4 back in October of 2024. He has kept me informed and up to date with every detail of the purchase. He was approachable and accommodating in every way possible. I was reassured that any of my concerns and doubts about going from Ford to Toyota would be set aside as soon as I experienced the new RAV4 in person.....He was correct as usual. I have dealt with the same dealership in Strathroy since 1972 (17 New Vehicles), and trade every three years. The vehicle purchasing move back into London was rather daunting, but Shawn has reassured me that my 3 year trades may have found the proper new home.
