The salesperson we dealt with (Jeff) was excellent to work with. The sales manager not as much. He tried to sway us off of the hybrid model. He also would not provide us with a trade-in value. His demeanor was not what I consider to be 'friendly' to a seriously potential buyer. In addition, I was very disappointed to see the price they put on a used hybrid Sportage. I was told their dealership did not apply the "market adjustment fee" that I found at a dealership in Vancouver. However, their price for the used vehicle was more than its original purchase price two years and 20,000 km previous.
