I just bought a new ( used ) Car from Carter Brooks. This young man was so knowledgeable about the SUV that I bought. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Carter was very polite and if he didn't have an answer to your question he made sure he got it for you. The experience I had at the dealership was like family. I had an interesting, challenging and rewarding experience at Oceanside Harris this weekend. Due to a misunderstanding between a couple of employees, the deal we had agreed upon was not the one that was presented to me by their Financial Officer. After a lot of back and forth, the General Manager and Sales Manager agreed that I should not be "penalized" for the in-house misunderstanding, and honoured the price I was expecting. This conversation could have easily gone sideways, but kudos to Chris and Leif. It is very nice to see that this dealership will ultimately stand up for what is right, and I would recommend Oceanside for their honesty and very nice way to treat customers. I will be back.
