I had an absolutely outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. Nathan was incredible—he was accommodating of my disability and separate illness in a way that felt genuinely thoughtful and respectful, not just procedural. He was friendly, personable, and truly kind throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how far he went to make sure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported. On top of that, Nathan worked hard to ensure I got a great deal, which made the whole experience even better. After my purchase, Harrison went above and beyond by including extra warranties, adding real value and peace of mind to my purchase. This team clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Had great service from Lynn and Bruce in the Service Department. Looked everywhere to find good fresh DEF for my Denali Ultimate and finally found it at Sherwood GMC and at a good price too! Friendly and very helpful staff!
