Sales staff was great, but from the time we signed for the car and then left the lot with it, I was very disappointed. We had written into the contract three things and only 1 was taken care of and I now need to return to the dealership for them to take care of the other issues. Then they tried to add on a couple thousand dollars to the sale, one of which was a $1000 dealership fee that was not part of the deal. They had to “call Honda direct” do remove it. Shouldn’t be there in the first place as sales said there were no other fees. Finance was very pushy for extended warranty. We should have been in and out in 30min, but it took 2.5hrs to get our car.

Sales team were very friendly. Not pushy. Evans was outstanding while answering my questions about new versus used vehicles, the interest rates and just general questions. Brittany was also excellent to close the deal when I finally made my decision. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Very happy I went to Wheaton.

Always best service from the sales person, service department, finance department. All staff are polite, efficient & professionals. Always helpful. I will always prefer to purchase a car from the Wheaton Honda & I will always recommend every one to purchase a car from Wheaton Honda
