I was not even notified they closed, very bad service. The Last Nissan I get
ATTENTION VENDEUR MALHONNÊTE On m'a fait une bonne offre sur ma voiture ainsi que sur un véhicule neuf. Je suis retourner le lendemain tel que convenu avec le vendeur qu'il m'avait confirmé que le prix pouvait changer a parti du 1er. Je ne voulais pas perdre ma chance alors je suis retouner le lendemain et fois-ci avec mon garcon pour signer le contract. Le vendeur a pris le document et est aller voir son directeur comme s'il était surpris de me revoir. J'ai attendu 10 minutes. Dès le retour du vendeur Il me dit que malheureusement le prix a changer... Le montant a monter considérablement. Il a confirmé qu'il y avait eu une erreur malgré que la veille il est aller voir son directeur deux fois pour bien confirmer le montant. Il cherchait ses mots pour finir par me dire que c'était une erreur d'inatention et que personne n'est parfais. Il n'etait aucunment ouvert a de la négotiation malgré son erreur. Il a même oser me dire que c'était a moi de signer hier alors ca prouve bcp de choses. Le veudeur a sauver sa comission mais le concessionaire perd de la réputation.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a Nissan or any great used car to go to this dealership 1st, Service dept has always been very honest, helpful and taken great care of my vehicles also - Best Dealership & team in Montreal!
I have been a Metro Nissan customer for 5 years and so I tried 6 times over the past 3 weeks to get my winter tires changed to summer tires. These attempts were made by phone and by internet scheduling. I was told that I would be contacted to set the appointment date and time. Metro Nissan has not contacted me even though I have left my email and phone number each time. I have had to resort to contacting a different business for this service. What is going on with Metro Nissan?
I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Although it's a long story, the summary is that because they LOST my information I had to pay 800$. I wish I was joking but the service manager came, took information on the damage of my car, took pictures, and even said that the accident wasn't my fault. However, he lost the information and they refused to cover the damage. I will never buy another Nissan vehicular again and I suggest you don't as well.
Une autre experience 'fantastique" chez Metro Nissan a ville Lasalle! Ma famille a achete leurs vehicles chez Metro Nisan depuis 30 ans. Maintenant j'ai juste achete ma premiere, mon Rogue 2017 avec le vendeur Stephane Sigouin qui est super ! Je suis tres contente et je le recommande beaucoup!
