I had a service issue with my new Cruze ( That i did not purchase from Mackenzie"s... Regrettably so...) I brought it in to the service department and was treated with at most respect and my issue was resolved in a respectful and timely manner, Would highly recommend this dealer for anything, From service to sales. The owner even had the time to speak to me personally, excellent experience.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Bought a new Cruise: USB for radio has never worked right, even after replacement it (radio). Numerous occasions of service blunders - clips left off panels, steering wheel cover not re-installed correctly, etc. All resulting in having to take it back AGAIN after the service for them to fix what they fixed! Will never purchase from again. Not prioritized on customer service.
