Wes Upton is incredibly rude. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, so I’ll assume I caught him on a bad day — but seriously, if you see his name pop up on your caller ID, just throw your phone out the window and save yourself the trouble. He’s condescending and uses intimidation tactics to pressure sales. I’ve never had to give anyone a public bad rating before, but I can’t let him get away with treating people this way because it’s simply not right. Thankfully, the GM at Key West Ford made things right and helped restore some faith in the dealership.

Had an amazing experience with my car repair yesterday. Courtney, my service advisor, arranged for a ride home for me, and ordered a taxi to pick me up at home. No charge. My vehicle was repaired on time. You're amazing Courtney! A shout out to all the staff I've dealt with there. Cheers, Mike.

I have nothing but gratefulness for the sales manager. I myself have been screwed around from several dealerships and sales managers and when I spoke with him I felt like he was very nice and completely was hearing my story and seem to care about how I was mistreated took my car for test drive and gave me more then I thought for my value. My experience with the sales manger and the sales team and finance lady they were all 😇 and work very hard and we're very honest kind , and are looking into the right suv for me and my wife which we are so great full of thank u key west ford in new westminaster

I dealt with Jordana and she is amazing to deal with. She got a me a car that affordable and good on gas. I felt supported as she helped get me financing with my not so great credit. She stirred me away from bad deals and even went out in the rain to take pictures of options!
