Interesting that my last review seems to have disappeared. I wish I could say the same for my problems. Go elsewhere for a vehicle!! I actually really liked the service people and found they were very approachable and willing to explain things to me. Unfortunately, accidents do happen! I would like the dealership to take ownership of the crossbars and kayak that they have ruined and replace them. We are now going on 8 months and I have yet to have this resolved. They are no longer even talking to me.
We purchased 2 brand new Kia souls from this dealership and the sales and finance team were incredible, sadly service after the sale has been a train wreck and they won’t be retaining our business. The service department has been inconsistent and less than satisfying. Today we went in for an oil change and were told to change our command start from a 15 minute to a 30 minute run time it would take 3-4 hours so we would need to book an appointment, I later decided to call another dealership and question that estimate and was informed I had been lied to… it was less than an hour, when I called out Tabitha on her inaccuracy I was greeted with a snotty tone and then later when I said thanks for looking into this I was hung up on quite harshly. If you are looking for service after the sale don’t look too hard you’ll be disappointed.
This is my fourth purchase for a Kia Rio , 2014, and I'm happy to be a customer again . My 1st 3 Kia Rio,s were purchased from the original dealership a Gregg McSherry and Susan Rosa were equal guiding me to a good decision. I know I'm gonna love my car. Thanks again guys.
Waste of time - try another dealership. Worst dealership trying to get customers by portraying Saskatoon dealership as lier - they dont just beat this dealership at pricing - car buying with them was far superior experience.
This is my second purchase at Wheaton and I'm happy to be a customer. This was a big decision for me and Chris Gervais and Susan Rosa were equal to the task of calming my nerves and guiding me to a good decision. I know I'm gonna love my car. Thanks again guys.
Excellent experience buying a new Kia Seltos! Thanks to Chris Gervais for explaining all the awesome features as well as Kris and Susan in finance. I’m sure I will enjoy it for years to come!
