Salesman was chauvinist who would not even talk to me or shake my hand since Im a stay at home Mother only spoke to my fiancé, even though he knew very well car was for me as I had made the appointment. Told me he came down in price 4k next its 3 next its 2. Thinks I dont know how to do math. Didn't bother to try to show me or sell me any other vehicles, just pressed the one. I felt very disappointed and would not deal with them again. We were willing to buy cash on the spot and still would not budge on price more than the 2k... After telling me on the phone it was reduced 4 and the advertisement was up for half the kms it really was just a ploy to get you in the door. Manager at least apologized for sexist salesmen.

Terrible customer service. We drove quite a way to get here and it was a huge waste of time. Sales person was saying one thing and then contradicting himself two minutes later. We felt lied to the entire time we were there. We were belittled and pressured. We researched the vehicles we were interested and researched our own for a trade in but were made to feel stupid like we didn't know what we were talking about. If you're looking for rude sales people, ridiculously high interest rates on loans (and we have really good credit) and outrageous prices on used vehicles, by all means, check these guys out. They put on quite a show! We will never go back and strongly recommend to other consumers to stay away.
