Arrive at dealership and no one greets you, no one helps you and you walk out without as much as a smile. Went there 3 times and never got served. Made an appointment to see sales person and when i arrived he was out of the office for a couple of hours. Left my business card and he never called me back. I then purchased my Porsche elsewhere and got flack from Michael Marik for not buying from him and even after I explained i had been there several times and no one felt i was worthy of owning a Porsche. Have been there for service but they all seem to have attitude. Not like the great service I get with my BMW. even the expensive oil change left it 1 bar short of full. Not sure how they stay in business.
