It took a long time to get an appointment. I was told it was because you were waiting on parts. I took my Durango in and decided to leave it, even though I was told it would only be a couple o I was told it was because you were waiting on parts. I took my Durango in and decided to leave it, even though I was told it would only be a couple of hours. I returned around 6 hours later and they were just starting on my vehicle.
