On the whole a good experience. I was contacted quickly after I found a car online I was interested in. I received a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door. It was at half a tank at least so could've been worse. The car was very clean and washed beforehand so that was great! Lastly, one of the keys went missing, but I've been assured by Ray Jando if it isn't found I will still receive a second key. My recent experience with Zeigler Buick GMC left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. After noticing my check engine light was on, I called Zeigler Buick GMC specifically because they assured me o extremely disappointed and frustrated. After noticing my check engine light was on, I called Zeigler Buick GMC specifically because they assured me over the phone that the diagnostic would be free of charge. However, upon dropping off my car, I was asked to sign paperwork stating that the diagnostic would cost $200. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is completely unacceptable. It's incredibly misleading to promise one thing over the phone and then demand a fee once the customer arrives at the dealership. Not only did this waste my time, but it also left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Transparency and honesty are crucial in any business transaction, and unfortunately, Zeigler Buick GMC failed to uphold these principles. I urge others to beware of their misleading pricing practices and to seek service elsewhere where honesty and integrity are valued. Overall, my experience with Zeigler Buick GMC was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on this deceitful encounter. More
