Took a month an a half to correct a downed window, then they said my windshield wiper was covered so I told them to change em since it was broken from when I first brought the truck, now I get a bill for $ they said my windshield wiper was covered so I told them to change em since it was broken from when I first brought the truck, now I get a bill for $80 after they did it . Kinda unfair I thought cause I can buy windshield wipers for 1/3 that price, I feel railroaded More

Windward Ford was a very poor experience overall. Starting with the extremely tight parking and reception area, to the unprofessionalism from the 3 people working the counter, to very slow service, a Starting with the extremely tight parking and reception area, to the unprofessionalism from the 3 people working the counter, to very slow service, and ending with not even having a timeframe for a needed part. I was passed between the 3 service reps at the counter, each stating they were too busy with something else to help me. After checking me in and taking my car they informed me it would be 4-5 days before they would be able to diagnose the issue and let me know what would need to be fixed. Luckily after 1 day they called me saying it will be $500 to fix the issue, but they don't have the part on hand nor can they provide an estimate to when they can get the part... they were more than happy to charge me upfront though. Hopefully the part eventually arrives? I don't recognize any of the names listed as anyone I worked with.. the 3rd person who ended up taking me was Marina Reyes More
