They were responsive, respectful, and I really appreciated the no bull pricing. Cody was fantastic, worked hard for us and with us, and even seemed to appreciate our sense of humor. Christy was exceptional to work with from the moment we met, to the handshake when she said congrats and I drove off with our new family Highlander.
