Buyer beware this place looks for any excuse to provide less than quality service at their service center. Spend the extra time to drive to a Hyundai Service center in Murfreesboro or Nashville.

Dear Rtbrady 61076, I would like to apologize for your experience today. We were stymied today by multiple unexpected staffing issues. Our goal is to provide every customer with a great experience and we failed you today. We should have called you but we failed to let you know we would need extra time. This is not the way we intend to do business and we are working to improve the situation as fast as possible. Again, I apologize for our failures today which were multiple and real failures. All that being said, our team members on the front end of our business are good people and they are at work doing a difficult job. Nobody deserves F bombs hurled at them and demeaning insults while they are ON THE CLOCK TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB. You can cuss at me because I am ultimately responsible for our failures. However, it is unacceptable the way you spoke to our junior team member and her co-workers who were still trying to get your service done today as fast as possible under the circumstances. As a result of your behavior today, I would invite you to take your own advice and service elsewhere in the future. Best of Luck, Paine Bone Owner

This was not the first time I had this experience with your staff at this site. I scheduled a service time at 8:15am several months ago and was left sitting in the service center for over 3 hours with no explination. I purchased the vehicle from that location with a service plan, so I assumed they would provide quality service I was sadly mistaken. As for the language I used I never onced demeened your employees. I dropped the f bomb as you put it not at any person but as an adjective. But you are correct sir. I can take my business elsewhere. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will also encourage any person I know or come in contact with to do the same.
