Apparently it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not…. I made an appointment a week in advance to have a 100k maintenance check up done. My vehicle sat at your facility for 28 hours without being touched. I picked it up. I will not go back for service or sales. Choosing to do business with you was not a “favor”. We used the MyGMC app to schedule the first maintenance service on our new vehicle (basically oil and filter change, tire rotation, plus a rather extensive list of items that were inspected as part of thei service on our new vehicle (basically oil and filter change, tire rotation, plus a rather extensive list of items that were inspected as part of their standard service). Since we were told that this particular service would not take very long, we decided to wait on our vehicle. Our service advisor was Ariel. Aeriel was very helpful and ensured that everything flowed smoothly. Ariel was also kind enough to advise us of the password for the Guest WiFi service (since I had my laptop, this really helped pass the short time we were waiting). As a result of the efforts of all the Wiesner GMC staff, we were able to get our vehicle in and out very quickly. One of my favorite items was the online status indicator that kept us apprised of our vehicle's status during servicing. We own 2 GMC vehicles and will definitely return to this service department (even though there is another dealership much closer to our home). Regarding this request to provide feedback: In my opinion, the rating service should not place a minimum word count requirement (15 word minimum) on reviews such as this. Some people may not have much to say. It would be preferred if this requirement were removed More
